Ensure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution, customer needs, and long‑term business strategy
Collaborate with international and global supply chain teams

Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders
Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models.
Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders
Understand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications
Lead cluster‑wide strategies for:
Asset efficiency and utilization
Identify structural cost improvement opportunities across logistics, operations.
Lead, coach, and develop in‑market supply chain leaders
