Lead and orchestrate all change, engagement, training, and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring full business readiness from impact assessment through hypercare.
Act as a subject matter leader for the OTC value stream.
Drive Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence, and GTS domains.
Lead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and define targeted enablement strategies for roles across OTC.
Own the business readiness component of go-live planning.
Lead engagement across global, regional, and site stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate operational risks within OTC processes.
Provide clear, executive-level reporting on business readiness (RAG status, risks, mitigation plans) at key stage gates.
Requirements
10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles
Proven track record in S/4HANA or ERP-enabled transformation programs
Deep expertise in Supply Chain with an emphasis on OTC / Deliver value stream, including:
Logistics execution & distribution networks
Customer Excellence / commercial order management
Global Trade Services (GTS) / compliance
Experience working across:
Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes
Integrated supply chain and customer operations
Cross-border trade and compliance environments
