Manage technical and scientific professionals responsible for initiation and execution of programs
Work to execute quality, food safety, and regulatory programs within Mondelez and across their manufacturing, packing, and warehousing partners
Ensure Mondelez is consistently producing safe, high-quality products which meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards
Direct seamless execution of source, product, and process to ensure brand protection for all North America Venture Brands
Manage and verify Quality Control Management Systems (Q C M S)
Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes
Drive continuous improvement in the areas of Quality Assurance and Food Safety by setting goals and identifying key performance indicators
Ensure adherence to appropriate regulations and Company standards for quality

B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences
Minimum 5 + years related experience (Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D)
Previous roles partnering with external partners
Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
Fundamental understanding of Sanitation, Hygienic Design, Pest Control, Quality, HACCP, and Food Safety principles
Knowledge of Mondelēz International Quality policies/procedures
Highly proficient computer (MS Office) and Communication skills (Verbal and Written) are required
Two years of experience supervising direct reports preferred
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
