About this role
Role Overview
Provide a best-in-class HR service to managers and employees across France and Spain, managing HR processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
Respond to and coordinate incoming HR queries and tickets within a 48-hour SLA, offering guidance on people policies and procedures
Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation for the assigned regions
Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (BambooHR) through regular audits
Prepare and coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team; act as the primary point of contact for health insurers, benefits providers, and employment agencies
Produce reports and participate in international and cross-team projects with Global People Operations colleagues
Requirements
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a People Operations or HR administration role (internship or apprenticeship included)
Fluent in English and professional-level Spanish
Proficient with MS Office and hands-on experience with an HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus)
Self-organized with strong attention to detail; proactive, dynamic, and solution-focused
