About this role
Role Overview
- Review, account coding and posting of accounts payable invoices
- Processing payment reminders / dunning notices
- Managing and monitoring the quality of an external service provider
- Monitoring the digital approval/workflow process
- Preparing and executing payments to suppliers/vendors
- Responsibility for accounts payable master data
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
- Point of contact for suppliers/vendors
- Support in accounts receivable as well as month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in accounts payable
- Confident communication in German and good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with BC 365
- Strong numerical aptitude and an independent, precise working style
