About this role
Role Overview
Assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs.
Manage outbound (warm leads provided) and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a sales pipeline, build long-term relationships, and exceed performance goals.
Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans.
Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
Prospect new (warm) leads and drive sales.
Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
Active Health & Life license in TN, with CA being a plus.
Current AHIP certificate required before starting.
Bilingual in Spanish.
3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Associates degree in Business or related field.
Strong phone presence and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential.
