Health Data Movers is seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Development Representative to support business growth through prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and sales coordination. This role supports the SVP of Client Services and collaborates with various teams to ensure effective sales development and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry resources, CRM data, and other channels
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to support lead generation efforts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, interest, business need, timing, and next steps
- Schedule introductory calls and meetings for sales leadership, Account Executives, and Account Managers
- Follow up with prospects and leads in a timely, professional, and organized manner
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, prospect activity, follow-up, and meeting status in Bullhorn or other internal systems
- Support Sales and Marketing outreach campaigns, event follow-up, attendee tracking, and prospect engagement
- Provide administrative and operational support across the Client Services team
- Assist with resume formatting, document organization, data entry, system cleanup, and process documentation
- Coordinate internal hiring interviews and help track candidate status and next steps
- Support conference, travel, and event-related tracking for industry events such as HIMSS, ViVE, and other conferences
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, follow-up, documentation, and team workflows
- Support continuity across Client Services and Recruiting by assisting with interim account coverage, client follow-up, candidate coordination, and related support during Account Manager, Account Executive, or Recruiter transitions, vacancies, or coverage gaps
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach
- Comfort working across multiple teams and functions
- Experience in sales development, sales support, recruiting coordination, administrative support, client services, or a related role preferred
- Familiarity with Bullhorn, Google Drive, LinkedIn, or similar systems is a plus
- Interest in healthcare IT consulting, staffing, sales, recruiting, or business development
