Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent degree
Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong customer and service orientation
Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness
Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Clear, persuasive, and presentation-ready communication skills
Work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured manner
High level of organizational talent and solid commercial/business know-how
Business fluent in German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
