Take responsibility for operational finance, accounting and controlling matters across multiple companies
Support month-end and year-end closings and familiarize yourself with accounts, posting logic and financial interrelationships
Analyze P&L, balance sheet and key business metrics and derive reliable insights
Prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at the company and group level
Actively contribute to and further develop processes, structures and finance workflows
Work closely with other departments and provide support on tax and accounting matters
Requirements
Several years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling and a strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements and financial interrelationships
Comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical challenges
Structured thinker, able to question existing processes and work in a solution-oriented and independent manner
Ideally experience with month-end or year-end closings; a qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified accountant) or experience in controlling is a plus but not required
Very good German language skills and confident use of Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
