About this role

Play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process within Mercyhealth
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates
Works closely with hiring leaders to align recruitment with organizational goals
Manages and executes system processes within Workday
Ensures accuracy in data entry and compliance with regulations
Supports workforce planning efforts by monitoring vacancy data and metrics
Provides market and compensation insight to leaders
Ensures completion of all pre-employment requirements

Associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required
Bachelor's preferred
A minimum of 5 years HR experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Certification in SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR, or Certified Recruiter is preferred
Good interpretive and analytical skills
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
