Are you excited to help shape the world of tomorrow with us? As a Product Manager you will play a key role in evolving our internal systems and process landscape.
You will work at the intersection of Operations, Finance, Commercial and Tech, ensuring our internal tools, processes and structures keep pace with our growth.
Our goal is to create the foundation for further growth through efficient processes, modern software and data-driven decisions.
To do this you will analyze current workflows, design scalable solutions and support implementation from concept to go‑live.
Learn the tool and system landscape (in particular Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects) as well as central business processes in detail.
Understand the collaboration between Operations, Finance, Commercial and Tech and the main interfaces within the company.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization and digitization.
Develop scalable target processes together with internal stakeholders and support their implementation.
Configure, test and further develop our existing system landscape — especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.
Translate operational requirements into technical or process solutions and prioritize them by business impact.
Structure and maintain backlogs and requirements for internal product and process projects.
Create process documentation, concepts and decision papers.
Act as the point of contact for internal teams on questions related to tools, systems and processes.
Coordinate external SaaS providers, integration partners and service vendors.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Tech on the continued development of our internal platform landscape.
Requirements
Completed university degree, ideally in a technical, business or related field
Initial professional experience in product management, project management, process management or a comparable role is an advantage
Technical understanding and an interest in digital products, systems and business processes
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Experience with modern product
or project-management methods is a plus
Confident use of Google Workspace as well as collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack or Miro
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or comparable CRM/ERP systems is a plus but not required
Experience with no-code or low-code solutions is an advantage
Interest in data-driven work and topics such as Business Intelligence, automation and AI
Very good English skills (C1/C2) and good German skills (at least B2)
