Role Overview

• Provide comprehensive legal services and direct representation to older tenants and homeowners
• Conduct client interviews and assess holistic legal needs
• File necessary court documents and prepare for court appearances
• Develop and present legal education workshops
• Identify systemic problems and develop creative solutions with partners

Requirements

• Juris Doctor
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• Courtroom experience
• Experience in housing law (tenant or homeownership)
• Experience with foreclosure, title, estate, or subsidy-related matters
• Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations
• Second language proficiency
