About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor and manage case progress
- Process payment of court fees
- Update reports and both the client's and the firm's internal systems
- Perform document filings and protocols
- Assist the coordination team
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Active CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID) for engagement as a PJ (independent contractor)
- Prior experience in credit recovery or in civil law and civil procedure preferred
