Role Overview
Build new growth areas through strategic partnerships and sales channels
Develop opportunities with end-to-end ownership
P&L responsibility for new areas
Cross-functional collaboration with various departments
Proactively communicate progress and blockers
Requirements
5–8 years in Business Development or Strategy
Proven experience in building new business areas, not just optimizing existing ones
Experience in startups or scale-ups
Strong negotiation skills to conduct independent negotiations
Analytical ability to develop robust business cases
Decisiveness when driving initiatives
Strong stakeholder management
Self-starter with the ability to drive topics forward independently
Ideally experience in D2C, consumer brands, or health/wellness
Openness to using AI tools in daily work
Fluent German and business-fluent English
