- Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers
- Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment
Requirements
- Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline
- Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders
- Responsible for end results of the team
- Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures
- Solves problems guided by policies and procedures
