Identification and outreach to Meisterschulen (master craft schools) through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) with structured follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with teachers and school administrators through regular communication and on‑site visits
Plan and deliver workshops, teaching sessions and product demos
Onboard new partner schools and support the integration of plancraft into curricula and training formats
Track sign-ups, accounts and conversions to ensure measurable results
Collect and analyze feedback from teachers and students for continuous improvement
Create and further develop scalable materials such as guides, templates and certificates
Document learnings and contribute to the development of structured, repeatable processes
Contribute to the long-term development of the channel by increasing touchpoints and promoting sustainable usage
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex content clearly
Confident in outreach, presentations and running workshops (online and on-site)
Initial practical experience (e.g., internship, working-student role or entry-level position) in areas such as partnerships, sales, education, events or program management
Ability to build trust-based relationships and empathy for diverse stakeholders
Proactive and independent working style in a dynamic environment
Structured and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
Willingness to travel regularly
Team-oriented collaboration with interfaces to Marketing, Sales, Product and RevOps
Basic understanding of or strong interest in SaaS, digitalization or the trades
German language skills at C1/C2 level
