Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, preferably with initial professional experience
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Business-fluent German language skills
Analytical skills and an affinity for digital sales tools
Structured, solution-oriented, and flexible working style
Taking responsibility and a commitment to continuous learning are top priorities for you
A valid Class B driving license is required
Benefits
Base salary & bonus scheme (80% fixed, 20% commission-based)
Fixed salary approximately between €3,000 and €3,500 gross (occasionally higher in individual cases)
Variable pay (overachievement up to 300% possible) and a 13th salary as holiday and Christmas pay
