Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to candidate offer, ensuring quality and speed of delivery
Act as a partner to leadership, understanding business needs, challenging candidate profiles, and proposing recruitment solutions aligned with organizational strategy
Develop and implement talent attraction strategies, including active sourcing (hunting), market mapping, and use of various recruitment channels
Manage openings across different levels of complexity and seniority, ensuring the best experience for candidates and stakeholders
Support and influence decisions through data, monitoring recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, selection funnel, among others)
Contribute to strengthening the employer brand (Employer Branding) by participating in initiatives that enhance talent attraction
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, proposing innovations, tools, and market best practices
Ensure alignment with internal policies, diversity & inclusion, and compliance in selection processes
Support strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as process structuring, system implementation, or operational expansion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with global stakeholders
Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, handling positions of higher complexity and/or high volume
Experience with different talent attraction strategies, including active sourcing/headhunting, market mapping, and use of digital tools
Prior experience acting as a business partner, with strong interaction with leadership
Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and analytical ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in dynamic environments with multiple demands and a high volume of vacancies
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices applied to recruitment
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
