About this role
Role Overview
Provide visibility into the unified investment portfolio and the value capture/results generated, facilitating prioritization and trade-off decisions
Implement and evolve Portfolio governance through processes, tools and artifacts to keep information structured and easily accessible to all
Apply lean portfolio management methodologies focused on managing Sicredi's investments
Share knowledge of processes and tools to improve the quality of data records used for portfolio management
Mentor teams and other organizational units on the portfolio, its processes and procedures
Build diagnostics and management views based on data analysis and hypothesis testing to guide decision-making
Support requests for data extraction, visualization and analysis so business areas can use them for decision-making
Create narratives for executive materials about the unified portfolio and for monitoring strategy execution and the results achieved
Lead meetings with leadership and tactical teams to align priorities and investments, supporting trade-off discussions focused on maximizing results
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams and other disciplines
Participate in defining and evolving the execution governance of the strategic cycle and support orchestration of execution together with other areas of the Evolution Office and the directorate
Lead programs, maintaining an integrated view of the roadmap and ensuring delivery of a set of initiatives that share the same objective to maximize perceived and delivered value to end users.
Requirements
Experience with portfolio management methodologies and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Specialization/MBA completed in Business Administration, Portfolio Management and/or Project Management or related areas
Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
Knowledge of results-based management methodologies
Experience with portfolio management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Storytelling, strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and strategic communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
