Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on technical or energy infrastructure in high-growth or startup environments.
Proven track record filling critical upstream roles, including Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.
Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the US market.
Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted talent advisor rather than just a process manager.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization, from technical engineering leads to executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to compel and pitch experienced infrastructure professionals on a high-growth startup mission.
Experience with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices to keep hiring velocity high.
