Role Overview
- Manage legal engagements and transaction documentation across all investments
- Advise on contractual disputes
- Work closely with capital formation and funds management teams
- Assist investment teams with preparation and management of pre-investment documentation
- Negotiate vendor contracts and engagement letters
- Manage external counsel for litigation funding agreements
- Assistance with SEC compliance related matters for US investment adviser
Requirements
- Minimum of six years’ post qualification experience
- Corporate or transactional attorney background
- Experience with financing transactions
- JD and admission to one or more state bars (must be in good standing)
