Role Overview
- Oversee operations of four multifamily communities within the Austin and San Antonio, TX market.
- Support and coach Community Managers to foster collaboration.
- Partner with teams to meet budgets and control expenses.
- Implement engagement strategies to boost resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on audits and reviews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
- CAM or CPM certification preferred.
- Real estate license and certifications such as COS, CPO, HCCP, or C3P are advantageous.
- 3+ years of progressive community management experience, ideally in multifamily housing.
- Familiarity with compliance programs such as Tax Credit Compliance and HUD Section 8.
- Experience with lease-ups and community redevelopments; multi-site management experience a plus.
- Proficiency in community management software (e.g., Yardi).
