Manage the procurement portfolio strategically, focusing on relevant, high-impact categories to ensure efficiency, quality and competitiveness;
Serve as the technical reference for the team, promoting best practices and Strategic Sourcing methodologies;
Lead strategic sourcing processes from market analysis through negotiation and contract implementation;
Manage long-term contracts autonomously, ensuring compliance, performance and realization of synergies;
Develop and qualify new suppliers, expanding the supplier base and fostering innovation in the supply chain;
Map market risks, propose mitigation actions and ensure business continuity;
Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities (savings) with an analytical approach and a focus on sustainable results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Strong experience in strategic procurement, preferably in the Facilities and EHS categories (Important);
Experience in strategic management and high-impact negotiations for Facilities and EHS portfolios (Essential);
Experience contracting cleaning and building maintenance services, security services, electricity supply, waste management, PPE and uniforms, as well as various Health, Safety and Environment services (Essential);
Intermediate Excel — Important;
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset;
Negotiation skills and stakeholder management;
