Role Overview
- Contact inbound and outbound leads;
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects;
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text;
- Schedule appointments and sales meetings;
- Maintain accurate CRM records;
- Manage sales pipelines and follow-up activities;
- Support closing opportunities and achieving sales goals;
- Build relationships with prospects and customers;
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Previous sales experience
- Appointment setting experience
- High-ticket sales experience
- Lead generation experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Experience with CRM systems
- Goal-oriented mindset
