Create and maintain a variety of P3 Management and controls documents.
Support in the administration of risk management across programmes and projects, ensuring risks and issues are identified early, assessed consistently, and actively managed through mitigation plans, clear ownership, and regular reporting to support informed decision-making and delivery confidence.
Support in the administration of detailed, integrated programme and project plans, ensuring activities, dependencies, milestones and critical paths are clearly defined, regularly updated, and aligned to delivery priorities to provide accurate tracking and control.
Curate relevant data, using both internal and external resources.
Deliver to Squarcle standards and meet client's expectations demonstrating ability managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Develop and strengthen client relationships and trust through acting with integrity.
Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time, in scope and meet Squarcle’s highest standard for deliverables.
Define the project or task scope, plan, and procurement artefacts including Statements of Requirement (SOR), Business Cases and Tender Documentation.
Demonstrate flexibility to undertake and deliver across a variety of P3M role profiles in delivery.
Deliver P3M presentations to facilitate the upskilling of colleagues who want to improve their capabilities.
Develop and implement executive level governance structure, while helping to drive meeting structure and discussions in delivery and if applicable in Squarcle.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project management processes.
Continuously seek to develop your P3M skills, learning from a range of sources, including formal training, learning from experience, and coaching and mentoring.
Be happy to add value when participating in discussions and workshops with the client to understand.
Review the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client.
Develop and maintain a plan to implement the recommended changes, and if required articulate these to the client.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject.
2+ years Management Consulting industry experience.
One or more P3M certifications achieved (APM, PMP, Agile, Lean).
Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams that may be from multiple organisations.
Strong communicate skills, with an ability to communicate clearly, confidently, to the highest standard, in your written, presentational, and day to day work.
Comprehensive knowledge of P3M delivery (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Lean, etc).
Stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
Evidenced project delivery.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Visio.
Comfortable developing and delivering P3M coaching to colleagues to help transfer your knowledge and skills, either internally or with clients.
Successful candidates must be prepared to apply for, and pass security clearance, before they are appointed.
