About this role
Role Overview
Strategic advising and supporting leaders on all HR-related matters
Leading strategic HR projects
Supporting performance and talent management processes and actively contributing to the implementation of company and HR strategies
Managing and implementing learning & development, talent and succession planning measures, and leadership development
Maintaining a confidential and constructive working relationship with the works council
Conducting qualitative and quantitative workforce planning in close collaboration with management
Working closely with national and international stakeholders to implement global HR initiatives
Supporting and assisting business units in Germany and collaborating with teams and leaders in the USA and Canada
Supporting recruiting processes for selected positions
Advising on employment law matters and supporting employee discussions, conflict cases, and individual personnel measures
Requirements
University degree or comparable qualification with a focus on human resources, business administration, or related fields
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
Solid knowledge of employment law and modern HR processes and tools
Experience advising leaders and in change management
International experience and enthusiasm for working with global teams
Understanding of collaborating in an international environment, especially with stakeholders in the USA and Canada
Strong communication and advisory skills and confident presence at all hierarchical levels
Fluent German and English skills (business fluent)
