Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise privacy program
Interpret and operationalize privacy regulations (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, state laws) into actionable policies, standards, and procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy risk, advising business and technology teams
Oversee privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and ensure mitigation plans are implemented
Partner with Legal and Information security on incident response and regulatory inquiries
Define and maintain privacy governance artifacts including policies and training materials
Support data subject rights processes
Develop and deliver privacy awareness and training programs
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to business operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Information System, Public Policy or related field with 8 years’ experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or risk management OR Master’s degree with 6 years’ relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in U.S. privacy laws and regulatory frameworks
Experience implementing or managing enterprise privacy programs
Strong ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into operation processes
