You are responsible for the operational management of payroll and ensuring the reliability of processes in compliance with agreements, legal requirements and internal standards.
Process payroll within required deadlines for the relevant sites.
Collect, analyze and enter payroll variables in accordance with legal and internal rules.
Verify payroll elements, correct anomalies and ensure a high level of quality.
Review pay slips and documents produced by the external payroll service provider.
Produce statutory certificates and ensure compliant archiving of data.
Support employee cases in partnership with Employee Relations Advisors.
Analyze malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to the improvement of HRIS tools and payroll processes.
Act as the key point of contact for payroll information systems.
Requirements
Degree in payroll, HR management or personnel administration (Associate degree / Bac+2) completed.
Proven experience in payroll management, ideally in an industrial or structured environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, data control and labor/social legislation.
Comfortable with HRIS tools and working in multi-stakeholder environments (service providers, HR, managers, etc.).
Rigour, a sense of confidentiality and high standards of reliability.
Analytical ability, continuous improvement mindset and a preference for cross-functional work.
