Payroll production and validation
Process payroll within the required deadlines for the relevant sites
Collect, analyze and enter payroll variables in compliance with legal and internal rules
Check payroll items, correct anomalies and ensure a high level of quality
Verify payslips and documents produced by the external provider
Produce mandatory regulatory certificates and ensure compliant archiving of data
Support employee cases in partnership with Employee Relations Officers
Provide technical expertise to secure specific payroll treatments
Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and a high level of service
Ensure operational procedures are followed by all stakeholders (managers, assistants, HR partners...)
Analyze malfunctions and propose corrective actions
Contribute to the improvement of HRIS tools and payroll processes
Draft operating procedures and ensure they are kept up to date
Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs and activity reports
Act as the key contact for payroll information systems
Provide technical support to internal partners (HR, payroll administrators, managers...)

Diploma in payroll, HR management or personnel administration (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary degree)
Proven experience in payroll management, ideally in an industrial or structured environment
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, data control and social/employment law
Comfortable with HRIS tools and multi-stakeholder environments (external providers, HR, managers...)
Rigour, a sense of confidentiality and a strong focus on reliability
Analytical ability, a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional work
Strong interpersonal skills to support and secure individual situations
