About this role

Lead the implementation of all CCB deals
Oversight of all client onboarding activity end-to-end
Ensure the solution meets the clients expectations
Support client through their onboarding journey
Co-ordinate with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations partners
Serve as single point of contact for the client
Develop and maintain a customized project plan
Establish appropriate governance model
Continuously reduce aging/cycle time
Accurately report project status
Effectively manage client relationships
Lead meetings and coordinate activities of the cross-organizational teams
Manage regular client communication for portfolio of projects
Identify opportunities for process improvements

3-7 years of experience in project management
Fluency in English & MANDARIN is a must
Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional teamwork experience
Communication and presentation skills to command senior client meetings
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Self-starter and ability to take initiative
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer interaction and management skills
Negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills
Project Management Certification by a reputable organization is preferential or diploma in business/economics.
