Perform functions while meeting Ensemble Health Partners' mission and regulatory compliance requirements
Assess and collect patient liabilities including copays, deductibles, co-insurance and balances after financial assistance
Utilize face to face communication with patients to collect estimated patient liability
Make follow-up phone calls to patients that are unable to make payment while in-house

1+ years of customer service experience
High School Diploma/GED Required
CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
