Direct management of a cohesive regional team of 15-17 Study Management Associates (SMAs)

Performance management of direct reports including collecting stakeholder feedback and conducting performance discussions.

Support business continuity and organizational deliverables through efficient resource management.
Ensure adherence to corporate and divisional policies in alignment with worldwide regulations.
Contribute to the development of Quality Systems Documents (QSDs) and training curriculum.

Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience.
At least (3) years of direct people management experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
