Maintain a client book of business and strategically manage and consult on wellness program objectives.
Identify and nurture vendor relationships that enhance and support the clinical and fiscal goals of client programming.
Analyze healthcare data, provide risk stratification, and assist in care coordination to ensure proper utilization of plan resources.
Support the team in client meetings, develop wellness programs, and create engaging presentations that drive employee satisfaction.
Requirements
2+ years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a healthcare consulting or brokerage environment, health insurance carrier, or provider system
Strong knowledge of group health benefits design and experience in population health management, occupational health & safety management, and/or healthcare quality and operations management.
Experience in developing and executing wellness programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships
Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Physician Assistant Program, or School of Nursing; MBA, Master of Public Health, or Master of Health Administration preferred
BA/BS in fitness, nursing, exercise science, or a related health/wellness field
