Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance and operations teams to bring new payment programmes to market.
Requirements
You have experience managing complex projects within the payments industry and understand the realities of launching and operating card programmes.
You may currently work for an issuer processor, BIN Sponsor, programme manager, card bureau, scheme, bank or fintech operating within the card payments ecosystem.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects within payments, card issuing or embedded finance environments.
A strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and how different stakeholders interact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.
The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A structured and organised approach to project delivery, balanced with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring people together around a common objective.
A level of technical curiosity that allows you to engage confidently in discussions around APIs, integrations and payment solutions, without needing to be a software engineer.
