Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across programme workstreams.
Maintain programme plans, timelines and delivery trackers.
Coordinate delivery activity across internal teams, agencies, technology providers and client stakeholders.
Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and actions are tracked and managed effectively.
Support delivery mobilisation and implementation planning activities.
Support programme governance structures and reporting processes.
Prepare status reports, RAID logs, meeting outputs and delivery updates.
Track programme risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions.
Build effective working relationships across client and partner teams.
Support implementation, launch readiness and operational transition activities.

7+ years of project or programme delivery experience
Proven experience delivering Salesforce technology programmes or large-scale Salesforce implementations
Experience working within customer, digital or transformation programmes
Strong project management and coordination capability
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery workstreams
Strong governance, reporting and planning skills
Experience operating within fast-paced delivery environments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
