Designing short, high-impact videos to promote the app across various social platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
Generating and iterating ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity and visual impact
Performing retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches
Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow — including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and others — for video generation, enhancement, and ideation
Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production
Analyzing competitors’ ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns
Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency
Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types.
Requirements
1+ year of work experience in a similar position
Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro
A solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing
Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation)
Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message
A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management
Basic skills in Figma.
