Role Overview
Coordinates and archives closed projects and files according to procedure.
Maintain hard copy and electronic file systems (including in Newforma) in accordance with Document Retention Guidelines.
Maintain files and file storage in a neat and accurate manner.
Other duties as required may change at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
Microsoft Office Professional skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows Explorer.
Skilled in the use of the Internet as a research tool.
Ability to organize, work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills.
Work collaboratively to acquire and dispense information as part of a team.
Strong job commitment and initiative.
Ability to be flexible and calm in a fast-paced environment.
