Help define and iterate on the PE partnership playbook — codifying what works into repeatable frameworks, outreach sequences, and engagement models that scale as the practice grows.
Provide continuous market feedback to product and delivery teams, helping refine Blue Orange’s AI offerings based on real PE ecosystem needs and competitive dynamics.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5–10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, or solution sales within technology, data, or analytics sectors.
8+ years preferred.
Prior experience in the PE ecosystem is highly desired — either as an Operating Partner, on advisory teams, or serving PE clients as a consultant.
Deep understanding of value creation levers, portfolio company dynamics, and PE stakeholder thinking is essential.
Strong familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, and AI trends.
Must be able to communicate technical concepts in business language for C-level audiences; engineering background not required.
Proven track record managing complex deal negotiations, maintaining pipelines, and exceeding revenue targets.
Skilled at building C-level relationships and managing extended sales cycles.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
Strong writing abilities for thought leadership and follow-up communications.
