Requirements
Several years of solid performance marketing experience (Google) for high-priced D2C brands — we are explicitly looking for candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior, etc.; no mass-market or discount background
Proven track record scaling brands in the luxury or premium segment
Deep understanding of the psychology of affluent consumers and their decision-making processes
Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger advertising budgets
Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS and funnel mechanics
