Operational responsibility for the Managed Workplace service based on Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Intune
Support service transition for new customers
Act as the interface between the operations team, project team and service management
Support service evolution through automation and improved user experience
Plan and execute minor/major changes and handle tickets
Actively contribute in the agile Microsoft-focused team
Continuous optimization of client lifecycle processes
Requirements
Completed technical degree or equivalent IT professional qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 & endpoint management space
Experience in service design, service transition and service operation within the ITIL framework
Solid expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment and relevant experience in endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Defender or comparable tools)
Ability to work independently with clear objectives
Enjoys communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Fluent in German, at least C1 level
