Role Overview
- Manage new issue benefit communications in designated territory
- Provide leadership and direction for all benefit communications fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for presentations
- Advise on enrollment strategies and tools for clients
- Engage clients in discussions to determine effective enrollment methodologies
- Lead demonstrations for Sun Life's digital capabilities
Requirements
- High School degree required; College Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of employee benefits insurance experience preferred
- Licensed in Life and Health or ability to obtain a license within 3 months of hire
- Strong organizational skills, accurate and detail oriented
- Collaborative workstyle and comfortable navigating across multiple business units
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
