About this role
Role Overview
You provide functional leadership of the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross‑brand initiatives.
You develop the overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure that social media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations and events work together seamlessly.
You are responsible for planning, executing and continuously improving content and brand strategies for our brand accounts.
You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies (e.g., for events, production, creator collaborations and POS marketing).
You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and target audience communication to the development of creative, cross‑platform initiatives.
You are responsible for budget and resource management across all marketing projects.
You produce reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
A completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media management, communications or a comparable background.
Several years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media or campaigning — ideally in the creator, startup or FMCG environment.
Familiarity with common social media platforms (particularly TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and an understanding of the mechanics of the creator economy.
Experience leading projects or teams and the ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, a solution‑oriented approach, team player mentality and high personal drive.
Hands‑on mentality, strong initiative and a friendly, balanced demeanour.
Structured and reliable working style with a willingness to take responsibility.
Flexibility and resilience, and openness to occasional business travel.
Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
