Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Define project scope, objectives, and system requirements aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end project execution and provide technical guidance to teams
Oversee project staff activities to ensure adherence to standards and deliverables
Prepare and review system specifications for development and integration
Develop and manage testing and implementation strategies for system delivery
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Facilitate project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Ensure proper documentation of all project phases and deliverables
Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members

Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT or technology projects or strategic initiatives
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Valid Florida Driver License (required)

May require emergency response support during disaster situations as part of organizational continuity planning
Must comply with all organizational policies and procedures
Regular attendance is required
