Role Overview
- Exploit existing procurement data to produce actionable analyses
- Build and maintain operational dashboards
- Generate regular reports
- Identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Identify, test and deploy practical AI and automation use cases
- Contribute to the integration of new digital tools
- Improve team productivity
- Track procurement projects
- Manage follow-up of action plans
- Design and produce clear, structured and impactful presentation materials
- Promote and share best practices
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or project roles
- Strong interest in data, digital tools and AI
- Analytical and structured mindset, results-oriented & impactful communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in consulting or project environments
- Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
- Familiarity with procurement tools (Ivalua, SpendHQ…)
