Accountable for all activities related to delivering a Technical Solution for the Infrastructure and application development Managed Services engagement.
Responsible for delivering a marketable / profitable / deliverable solution.
Ensures the technical solution links to the cost case, proposal, and contract.
Minimizes business risk by acting on issues, gaps, and items which are identified as high risk.
Owns the technical "Bid and Proposal" budget for the engagement.
Manages all aspects of the technical team's deployment and performance.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in engagement activities in Technical Solution Manger role
Experience of Kyndryl Solutioning processes and related tools (SDM, Framework Blue)
Ability to negotiate smoothly with client CIOs, infrastructure managers, and IT architects, as well as with our own engineers
Experience in remote (videoconferencing) proposal activities
Experience in project management
Good business communication skills in Finnish & English
