Design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across the entire Power Platform, including agentic AI with Copilot Studio
Development of multi-agent solutions, Copilot Studio Agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder, Business Process Flows, and model-driven apps
Making architecture decisions and providing technical leadership in complex enterprise projects
Building and expanding Power Platform capabilities for our clients
Identifying automation opportunities and efficiency improvements in existing business processes
Integrating the Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems
Establishing best practices, governance models, a Center of Excellence, and ALM processes
Mentoring and transferring knowledge within the team and with clients
Continuously monitoring new features in the Microsoft stack and assessing them for customer use

Power Platform expertise
Several years of in-depth experience with the full Power Platform suite
Expertise in Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures
Strong knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA), including UI automation
Expertise in developing Canvas Apps and model-driven apps
Solid experience with Dataverse: data modeling, security, plug-ins, and business rules
Experience with AI Builder and Business Process Flows
ALM for Power Platform: Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub
AI and modern architectures (nice to have)
Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and the Microsoft 365 SDK
Experience with connecting to and selecting Large Language Models (LLMs)
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication is an advantage
Understanding of prompt engineering and grounding strategies
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Storage)
Confident use of XML and JSON data formats
Experience in at least one of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, .NET (C#, ASP.NET), PowerShell
Experience with REST APIs and Custom Connectors
Git and CI/CD pipelines
