Drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships.
Run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, perform campaign RCA, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies.
Leverage programmatic (DSPs) and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.
Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce).
Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels of App & Web campaigns on (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Apple ads, Programmatic channels etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Have fair understanding of MMP i.e Appsflyer, Adjust or Branch etc.
