Role Overview
- Serve as the primary commercial intelligence function for B2B
- Own the commercial narrative for investor reporting and board presentations
- Build commercial models and business cases
- Support the CCO on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Drive AI-led process improvement across the commercial organisation
- Own Coda's B2B CRM (HubSpot)
- Build forecasting and pipeline reporting infrastructure
- Define and govern B2B commercial processes
- Lead the annual and quarterly revenue planning process
- Identify and eliminate friction points across the commercial operation
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, commercial strategy, or a strategy-adjacent role
- Exceptional analytical ability
- AI-native
- Strong written and verbal communication
- HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience
- Cross-functional influencer
- Builder mentality
