Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Practice Group Leader, partners and associates in the Employment Practice Group and wider Commercial team.
Comprehensive email and diary management
Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Management of billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
Managing audit/accrual requests for clients.
Maintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates.
Digital dictation.
Co-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itineraries.
Processing expenses.
Maintaining and updating client database.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA.
Commercial experience beneficial but not essential.
In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems.
Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
High degree of attention to detail.
Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Team player, who can also work on their own initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
