Support our global Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging top technical talent.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and contribute to hiring success in a fast-paced, international tech environment.
Drive sourcing activities for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, AI) across the globe.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial outreach, screening, and candidate qualification to ensure strong pipeline quality.
Track and analyze sourcing performance to continuously optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within technical roles
Basic understanding of technical profiles and skill sets (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, AI)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or similar platforms
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in a professional and compelling way
Strong organizational skills and a structured, data-driven approach to sourcing
High level of curiosity, proactivity, and continuous learning mindset
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
